In June 2012, the Peruvian investigation authorities launched an anti-dumping investigation into 14 categories of Chinese clothing and accessories products. The Textile Chamber of Commerce organized 26 enterprises to participate in the lawsuit. At the same time, 10 companies responded to questionnaires.Under the guidance of Ningbo Foreign Trade Bureau,our company organized the employees immediately, and recruited domestic and Peruvian top lawyers to participate in the lawsuit。

In response to the Peruvian government’s anti-dumping investigation, we organized a large number of manpower, material and financial resources, and we paid 500,000 RMB for the legal fee .In a short period of time, the Peruvian authorities were provided with the information about all the shipment of peru, and partial shipment of Chile, Colombia and domestic trade from 2011 to 2012

Based on our long-term business operation under laws and regulations and standardized management, we submitted all the information to the Peruvian authorities in time.After more than one year of efforts, in December 20, 2013, the Peruvian authorities announced the final results that our company won the lowest customs duty rate in Zhejiang province and the second lowest customs duty rate in China.We achieved the expected goal

In the process of anti-dumping, our company actively participated in protecting the rights and interests of the state,and also the company’s business development. In 2014, we had made a substantial increase in the export volume of clothing in Peru, and the cost of clothing is maintained at the original level, all the cost of tax expenditures was borne by the foreign customers.
